Job Description

Work Content

1, assist the sales director to do a good job of comprehensive, coordinate the work of various departments and deal with daily affairs;

2. Collect and understand the work trends of various departments in a timely manner, assist the sales director to coordinate the relevant businesses of various departments and master the main activities of the whole company;

3, responsible for the organization of the company's general management standards and regulations of the formulation, modification and preparation of the work;

4. Assist the sales director to establish a good cooperative relationship with suppliers and be responsible for the reception arrangement of important guests of the company, the organization and meeting affairs of important meetings;

5. Participate in documentary and business work;

6. Assist leaders in making strategic plans.

 

Job Requirements

1, college degree or above, 25-35 years old, with more than 3 years driving experience;

2. At least 2 years experience in the same position, major in marketing, management and finance is preferred;

3. Have certain management experience, can quickly master all kinds of knowledge related to the company's business, and be good at learning;

4, outgoing personality, like to deal with people, know how to empathy;

5. Strong organization, coordination, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as keen insight, executive ability and learning ability;

6, good at cross-departmental communication and cooperation, can make full use of and integrate resources;

7, good writing skills, strong logical thinking, can complete the relevant work report;

8. Be practical and careful, rigorous and self-disciplined, organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;

9. Able to work under great pressure, have the ability to solve complex problems, the ability to promote work, and be able to complete their own work and other work assigned by leaders in a timely, accurate, satisfactory and excellent manner.
